How to identify your soulmate
It’s not extremely rare to find that you have a couple of things in common with others but it is rare to feel like you’ve found your soulmate - it’s something even the luckiest of us only experience a few times.
Finding a soulmate is something we talk a lot about and we all long to meet that one person but how do we know if we already have?
Your soulmate is not necessarily your romantic partner
Many tend to believe that finding The One is the same as finding your soulmate but it’s not necessarily true. Your soulmate might be a friend, a relative or a person who is in your life only for a short period of time. You might feel a spiritual connection by hearing them laugh or tell a funny story.
It’s like you’ve always known each other
It’s the easiest sign to identify. Maybe you only met a couple of weeks ago, maybe they’re twice your age but there’s a special connection that makes you feel like they know you like nobody else does.
You share the same values
You might not like the same clothes or do not have the same taste in music but your views and values are just the same.
The mirror test
Being with your soulmate feels like you’re meeting yourself in another version of a human - it’s like looking in their eyes feels like looking in the mirror.
You bring out creativity in each other
Your shared values and views enable you to create something great together and, given the opportunity, you are the most creative version of yourselves.
You don’t try to change each other
Your connection is already there, it’s always been there and there’s nothing you’d change about the other person - there’s no other person you can accept as much as your soulmate
